Birthday treat communication

Dear Edinbrook Families –

While birthdays are an exciting day, due to the growing number of students with allergies and other health issues, Edinbrook Elementary has adopted a new school-wide policy.

We are asking parents NOT to bring sharable snacks, treats or prizes for your children’s birthday.

If a parent or student brings in any type of birthday items, they will be sent back home with them.

Please know that your child’s birthday will be acknowledged in the classroom by their teacher.
